Founded by local students, we organize neighborhood collections and personally deliver donations to shelters across Westchester County—helping provide nourishment, comfort, and care to animals waiting for their forever homes.

Aiden

Founder- My name is Aiden, and I am the founder of Hungry Paws NY. I am currently a freshman at Mamaroneck High School and a member of both the school’s JV soccer team and the Westchester Flames Elite team. Our family adopted our dog Tucker from a shelter, and he quickly became an important part of our lives. Seeing the impact that adoption had on Tucker—and on our family—made me think about all the animals still waiting in shelters. That experience inspired me to start Hungry Paws NY. My goal is to help improve the lives of shelter animals by ensuring they have access to food, comfort items, and basic necessities while they wait for a loving home.

Cooper

Co-Founder- Hi, my name is Cooper, and I am the co-founder of Hungry Paws NY. I am currently in 7th grade at Hommocks Middle School and play goalkeeper for both my school team and LMFC Premier. Being part of Hungry Paws NY is important to me because I’ve seen firsthand how much of a difference a rescue animal can make. Our dog Tucker has had a huge impact on my life, and I want to help other animals receive the care and support they need. I’m proud to help collect donations and support our mission to make life better for shelter dogs and cats.
